New cabinetry and countertops throughout, new hardwood flooring, new paneling, redesigned and rebuilt staircase, smart wiring, new appliances, new lighting, and new bath fixtures, gave this lovely older contemporary home a fresh new look. In addition, the living space was expanded to the unfinished lower level to provide a large play area, family game room, full kitchen, bath, and office.
